Blue Bird Workshop
In May 2025, I was invited to do a workshop in conjunction with my solo exhibition at the Andover Public Library, Andover, KS. Based on Maeterlinck's book “The Blue Bird,” we folded blue birds using origami and attached different materials as “feathers.” Together with participants, we explored origami creation, varied textures, and the effects of light and shadow produced by different light sources during installation.
